  • Richard Threlfall

    Director

    Richard has worked in several sectors over his career including Rolls Royce aero engines, electric Smart cars and various projects at Ricardo.

  • Craig Fraser

    Director

    After studying Engineering at Loughborough and experience at Mini focusing on quality, Craig joined LRW and now heads up powertrain calibration activities.

  • Dr Steven Higginson

    Director

    Steven, who previously worked at Ilmor race engines, joined LRW while completing a Ph.D at Brighton University in combustion. Steven leads a diligent team on their respective platforms and applications.

  • Jared Al-Hilali

    Director

    Jared’s engineering expertise has been built through working for Group Lotus, Robert Bosch Engineering and Nissan. Jared is principally focused on controls and OBD calibration.

  • John McLean

    Programme Director

    Former Head of Powertrain Software & Calibration for Aston Martin Lagonda, John brings 35 years powertrain and controls experience - including roles at Ricardo, Prodrive, Tickford Engineering and Rover Group.

  • Kristof Pawluc

    Senior Calibration Consultant

    Kristof brings 20 years of automotive experience and a Master’s in automotive engineering. He’s also an expert at vehicle testing - on and off track.

  • Dan Terry

    Senior Calibration Engineer

    With over two decades of automotive engineering experience, Dan’s impressive back catalogue of employers includes MAHLE, SAIC, JLR, Ricardo and Lotus.

  • Cobbinah Paha

    Senior Controls Engineer

    Cobbinah’s background is in physics and applied engineering. He’s worked at Ford, Caterpillar and Intertek and brings a wealth of controls experience to the team.

  • John Veevers

    Senior Calibration Engineer

    John has a passion for cars and technical excellence. He started his first vehicle conversion aged 8 and has gone on to work as an MSV race engineer, as well as holding engineering roles at JLR and Rolls Royce.
