We use both PC based data collection and data loggers. All of our data is carefully tracked and stored and can be manipulated in a number of ways post-processing. We can analyse simple distribution plots, data mapping for statistical analysis or complete recalculation. LRW also have experience in 6 sigma statistical analysis for problem definition and resolution.
Application development and data analytics
We regularly develop bespoke applications and tools to aid with statistical data processing. These tools enable us to model how a software or calibration change will affect a range of outcomes – from system response to IUMPR statistics.
Our in-house tools can handle single data files with real-time analysis view or process thousands of files to display the user defined outcomes. We ensure that the best solution is reached fast, and that previous data is not made redundant should a change be necessary.

Edge computing and data engineering
LRW can deploy analysis routines onto edge computing devices to reduce the telematic burden and support over the air (OTA) updates for fleet applications. We also develop machine learning algorithms, which combined with our systems integration experience, enhances results credibility and ensures sound decision making.
