Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, work on calibration engineering projects to:
- Support clients with documentation of software
- Analyse software and calibrations to understand influences on powertrain control strategies
- Test vehicles to provide evidence to these influences
- Support powertrain OBD calibration development activities
- Supply evidenced reporting updates to clients
- Work across battery and ICE technologies
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2:1 Mechanical or Automotive Engineering Degree
- Experience in relevant field preferably automotive powertrain development
- Broad knowledge of IC powertrain control systems
- Powertrain software experience
- Experience with ETAS calibration tools preferrable but training can be provided
- Understanding of on-board diagnostic functions beneficial

- Self-motivated, happy to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Analytical and logical mindset, used to problem solving
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical information
- Proven ability of high-performance delivery to deadline in a fast-paced environment
- English language (spoken and written) Valid UK driving licence - willing to travel for meetings, training and as required by customers
